“Spreaders Of The Game Edition”

Another event from Meeple Podcast, the only one sound channel about Carcassonne.

This time, it’s a competition for 18 M.P.’s guests with a similar charasteristic: they all are people who spread our dear boardgame of 72 tiles. Among them, there are: community founders, writters, bloggers, webmasters, podcasters, streamers, youtubers.

There will be a trophy ceremony at the end of the event.

This special tournament will be a Round Robin system with 17 rounds (one every fifteen days). There will be the possibility to advance or delay every round to the previous or following one. But, the participants also can use a ‘time wildcard’ to recover 2 delayed duels in summer, where there will be 2 months with NO rounds. In September, only will remain the 6 last duels. The 17th round must be played during the last two weeks of November 2024.

The winner of every duel will be the best of three matches. When one of the opponents reach two victories, he/she will be the winner of that duel. The local player will create the table game on BGA on this way:

“Simple Game > Real-Time > Manual > 2 players > slow speed > (invite a friend)”

The “friend” must be the opponent (visiting player). When the 1st game is finished, the local player must do clic on the “rematch” button in order to change the starting player. If the 2nd game is won by the same player, the duel will be ended. If there’s a tie, the local player must do clic on the “rematch” button one more time for the final match. Possibles results: 2-0, 0-2, 2-1, 1-2.

Edición: “Divulgadores del juego”

Otro evento de Meeple Podcast, el único canal sonoro sobre Carcassonne.

Esta vez, se trata de un evento para 18 invitados de M.P. con una característica similar: todos ellos son personas que difunden nuestro querido juego de las 72 losetas. Entre ellos, hay: fundadores de comunidades, escritores, bloggers, webmasters, podcasters, streamers, youtubers.

Habrá una ceremonia de entrega de premios al finalizar.

Éste será un torneo especial de sistema Round Robin con 17 rondas (una cada quince días). Existirá la posibilidad de adelantar o retrasar cada ronda a la anterior o la siguiente, respectivamente. Pero, además, los participantes podrán utilizar un ‘comodín de tiempo’ para recuperar 2 duelos aplazados durante el verano, donde habrá 2 meses SIN rondas. En septiembre, sólo quedarán los 6 últimos duelos. La 17ª ronda deberá disputarse durante las dos últimas semanas de noviembre de 2024.

El ganador de cada duelo será el mejor de tres partidas. Cuando uno de los contrincantes alcance dos victorias, será el vencedor de ese duelo. El jugador local creará la mesa de juego en BGA de la siguiente manera:

“Juego Simple > Tiempo Real > Manual > 2 jugadores > velocidad baja > (invitar a un amigo)”

El “amigo” debe ser el oponente (jugador visitante). Una vez finalizada la 1ª partida, el jugador local debe hacer clic en el botón “revancha” para cambiar el jugador inicial. Si la 2ª partida la gana el mismo jugador, se dará por finalizado el duelo. Si hay empate, el jugador local debe hacer clic una vez más en “revancha” para el duelo final. Posibles resultados: 2-0, 0-2, 2-1, 1-2.
